 Hello, my name is Farhad Ebrahimi and I am the founder of Crestone Properties, a real estate investment company focused on asset management, development, investment banking and business operations. Our asset classes include multi-family, recreational, industrial, retail, office, shared space, resort, workers housing, independent living, seniors living and intentional communities.

We have commercial operational expertise across the full real estate spectrum including: acquisition, marketing, leasing, finance, property management, construction, and development. We are well versed in repositioning real estate assets to higher net income levels and values by way of real estate improvement as well business operations.

I hold a Bachelor of Science Degree (Computer Science, Minor in Software Engineering, Minor in Commerce) from The University of British Columbia, as well as a Masters in Business Administration Degree (International Business) from Simon Fraser University.

My team is experienced both within commercial real estate, and with prior experience in diversified industries (biotech, public sector infrastructure, construction, hardware technology, venture capital, international trade, information technology). Notable companies that we have serviced as clients, or worked with include: Cadillac Fairview, Morguard Investments, The Weather Network, Cadbury, Warner Bros, Microsoft, Lego, Toyota, SNC Lavalin, Sony, Samsung, Best Buy, Telus, and Shaw.
